| We regret that we cannot be responsible for or guarantee shipments when we are given an inaccurate or incomplete address. To avoid this problem, double-check the accuracy of your addresses before placing an order, including the floor or suite number, postal code and telephone number, and any additional details needed for a successful delivery, like gate or building access codes. Attempting delivery twice will result in a separate charge and any free-delivery promotion will become null and void.

Cancelled or Changed Orders
| If you need to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact ElPasoBakery right away to discuss your options. For changes to cake flavor or design we require at least 24 hours’ advance notice of the requested delivery time. For changes to delivery information, we require at least 5 hours’ notice of the requested delivery time. Cancellation given in advance of 24 hours before delivery may receive a full refund on the purchase price. Cancellation given within 24 hours of delivery may receive ElPasoBakery store credit. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the cake on delivery, we will offer store credit up to the value of the cake.
